You may have heard about the new General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”), which comes into effect May 25, 2018. This page outlines how we collect and use your data.
How We Collect Data
We collect information about you when you book an appointment for a treatment or a service. This may be when you visit the salon, phone us, email us or use online communication such as Facebook Messenger.
What Data Do We Collect And Use?
Depending upon your use or services, we may collect some or all of the following data:
- Your Name, so we can know who you are
- Contact information such as home and mobile phone numbers and email addresses, so we can send you appointment information
- Technical data such as what hair colour you like and patch-test results to make sure our treatments are safe for you
- If you have previously signed
If you have signed up using our Special Offers page, or via our Refer a Friend paper forms, or if you have provided contact details during previous treatments or consultations, you will have previously agreed to receive occasional marketing emails from us. You can Unsubscribe from these marketing emails at anytime using the Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of these emails.
